ABOUT US
The Forest Hill Presbyterian Church Child Care Center is sponsored by the Forest Hill Presbyterian Church and is licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
We accept children, ages 18 months through 10 years. The center is open from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. five days per week (and is closed on some holidays).
MISSION
FHPC Child Care Center, as a ministry of FHPC, exists to nurture a love of learning in the children, to prepare children for a transition into school, and to build relationships with families in the community by sharing God’s truth and love.
VISION
Our vision is to provide high quality early learning experiences with Christian values that fosters learning about God’s world through the development of the whole child.
BACKGROUND
Founded in 1957 by Fannie Pharr, a member of the church, the Forest Hill Presbyterian Church Child Care Center continues to be a vital part of the neighborhood The caring environment of CCC offers a safe space in an all-day program; and continues to carry out the objective of ministry to the Forest Hill community.
