Tuition & Fees

Choosing a child care center is a significant decision, and we know that cost is an essential part of that choice. We’re committed to providing a nurturing environment where your child can grow, learn, and feel supported every day.

Every child deserves a safe, enriching experience that encourages learning, social connections, and preparation for future school success. Our team is here to provide that foundation.

Our tuition rates are structured by program and schedule, reflecting our dedication to high-quality care and education.

We proudly partner with the Department of Social Services (DSS) to accept child care subsidies. Please contact us for more information on eligibility and how to apply.

18 months - 2½ years

Full Time: $630 bi-weekly

Half-Day (Three days per week): $360 bi-weekly

Half-Day (Five days per week): $500 bi-weekly

2½ - 3½ years

Full Time: $575 bi-weekly

Half-Day (Three days per week): $360 bi-weekly

Half-Day (Five days per week): $500 bi-weekly

3½ - 5 years

Full Time: $525 bi-weekly

Half-Day (Three days per week): $360 bi-weekly

Half-Day (Five days per week): $500 bi-weekly

DSS Subsidy Accepted

Our programs are designed to fit a variety of scheduling needs:

Full Day: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Includes a full schedule of learning activities, outdoor play, meals, and rest time. Full-day care is structured to provide comprehensive development throughout the day.
Half Day:
- Morning Half Day: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- Afternoon Half Day: 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM
  Half-day schedules offer either a morning or afternoon experience, focusing on key learning activities, social interactions, and playtime.

Payment Schedule

Payments must be made in advance every two weeks, with tuition due every other Wednesday.
Payments received after 5:30 PM on Wednesday will be considered late and may incur additional fees.

Attendance and Payment Obligations

Payment is required based on the time slot selected for childcare, not the actual hours of attendance.
Both full- and part-time fees will be charged based on contracted days, including days missed due to illness, holidays, weather, or family vacations.
No refunds or deductions will be made for days your child is absent.

Extended Absences

If an extended absence is expected, please discuss arrangements with the director in advance.

Re-Enrollment After Non-Payment

If tuition is not paid by 5:30 PM on Wednesday before the start of the next two-week period, your child will be unenrolled. To re-enroll, a $20 re-registration fee will be required.

Late Payment Due to Extenuating Circumstances

If payment will be delayed until Monday morning due to extenuating circumstances, please contact the Center Bookkeeper by Friday at 6:00 PM.
For delays beyond Monday morning, contact the Center Treasurer before Monday morning to avoid disruption to your child’s attendance.

Age-Based Rate Adjustments

Tuition rates are based on the child’s age at the time of billing. Any age-based rate changes will be reflected in the following invoice.

Withdrawal Notice

A two-week notice is required when withdrawing a child from the program. If notice is not provided, payment for the two-week period will still be required.
